Kim Kardashian Says She ‘Won’ Feud With Kourtney After Accusing Her Of Copying Her Italian Wedding (2024)

Kim Kardashian was recently in Tuscany and attended an Andrea Bocelli concert, and couldn't pass up the opportunity to brag about it. She posted a funny Instagram story with the singer, referencing her feud with Kourtney Kardashian, but this time it was clearly a joke.

The sisters had a fight over Andrea Bocelli last year because they both had him play at their weddings and, while it was a big deal at the time, the two of them are over it now and can laugh about it. Even so, Kim wanted to make it clear that she won.

Kim Kardashian Posts Instagram Story With Andrea Bocelli Claiming She Won Her Feud With Kourtney

Last year, Andrea Bocelli got unexpectedly dragged into a Kardashian family feud during Keeping Up with The Kardashians. The Italian opera singer, who the sisters admire greatly, sang at both their weddings, and Kim Kardashian wasn’t happy about that. Kim married Kanye West in Florence, Italy, in 2014, and Kourtney married Travis Barker on the Italian Riviera coastline in Portofino in 2022. Because of that, Kim accused her sister of copying her wedding.

“I got married in Italy. Am I saying you copied me by getting married in Italy?” Kim said in a confessional last year. “Who performed at my wedding? Andrea Bocelli. Who performed at Kourtney’s wedding? Andrea Bocelli.”

The fight sparked after Kim closed a partnership deal with Dolce & Gabbana, the same fashion house that designed Kourtney’s wedding, and Kourtney felt betrayed that Kim was copying her style.

The SKIMS founder became increasingly upset as she spoke about the situation. “You stole my f***ing wedding country and my wedding performer. Andrea Bocelli is my favorite male singer of all time, but I’m copying her Dolce Vita lifestyle? Okay.”

The feud seems to be a thing of the past now, thankfully, but they can still joke about it.

Kim and Khloé Kardashian recently attended one of Andrea Bocelli’s performances at the Teatro del Silenzio in Tuscany, and Kim posted an Instagram story with the tenor which she captioned “I win after all.”

Kim And Kourtney Kardashian On Their Feuds

Kourtney Kardashian spoke about her feud with Kim after it was resolved, and her reflection on it was a warning to fans not to get too invested in their fights. After all, they are sisters, and that will always be more important than their public fights.

"We're sisters, I think people forget," she explained. "They always say on our show, like, 'How are they going to get through it?' and they pick sides and everyone gets really riled up. I'm sure a lot of people have had crazy fights with their siblings. Maybe ours are more extreme, I'm not sure."

Kim wholeheartedly agreed with Kourtney's words and explained that there was a "huge misconception" about their relationship, as a lot of people assumed they hated each other because of their intense fights.

The fact that they can now laugh about one of their biggest feuds proves that there's really nothing that can break their bond.
