I was atthe OWL liquor store earlier today, and after reading alot ofthese reviews, Ifeel compelled toshare myopinion/feelings. I've been asatisfied/happy customer since Ifirst started going there shortly after itopened. Infact, Ihaven't set foot inany OTHER liquor store since then. The store isalways clean, neat, well organized and the owner (Ann) isfriendly and helpful. She has even special ordered items for meand notified mejust assoon asthey arrived. My daughter went into pick upwine forme. She moved the bottles off the top toget tothe case underneath. The worker jumped onher for “clanging bottles” and potentially breaking things. The store knows all about this mistake and pointed out the stains onthe floor from such mistakes. Mydaughter was quite offended bythe stores response.... She left areview towhich the store responded byshaming her and since she won't beback: problem solved. Obviously customers are not valued here. Iwill not bother them with mybusiness.... Maybe clean the rugtoo?… – show

  Actually what happenedwas, you were attempting tolift four 3liter bottles ona cardboard flat. Something which even myself and myemployees have learned isa bad idea (I pointed out toyou the stains onthe carpet from other times this was done and resulted inbottles crashing tothe floor.) Iasked that inthe future you allow meto grab them foryou. You didn't like that. But from the sounds ofit, you won't bebackin…so, problem solved!

  You were given the option toreturn the product once, even though there was nothing wrong w/it, then you purchased itagain, and AGAIN tried toreturn itfor arefund AND accused mystore ofselling fake alcohol and again asked for arefund. That iswhy the police were called. Don’t mess with myliquor license. And don’t come back orthey will becalled again.
