Transactional emails land in spam
SOLVE
Hey!
I am using a completely a new domain, to send my transactional: password reset emails.
I started slowly (max 500 emails/day) but I noticed most of them land into spam. I applied all Google/Yahoo required policies - authenticated DKIM, SPF, DMARC.
What i should do, this is mandatory comms.
Thanks,

Transactional emails land in spam
SOLVE
Hi @Ksantanana,
Thanks for reaching out to the Community!
To get started, please ensure that your email setup is correct to maximize email deliverability. Specifically:
- Ensure your email sending domain is connected and configured with SPF and DMARC policies.
- Connect your dedicated IP address. (Optional but recommended)
While there is no foolproof way to guarantee that emails won't land in spam folders, as the acceptance of emails into an inbox largely depends on the recipient's servers and security settings, there are actions we can take from our end to enhance deliverability. These actions include setting up the email sending domain, SPF, and DMARC policy, and establishing allowlisting for sending IPs. However, we cannot guarantee that emails will always reach a contact's inbox due to potential security settings on the recipient's email server that we do not have visibility into. Additionally, the delivery of emails to the spam folder could be influenced by your account's email reputation or health.
You can find further information on best practices here if you want to learn more about enhancing your email-sending score.
I hope this helps,
Diana
